ASYNCHRONOUS Web Based Training
This is a on-boarding training project for incoming graduate students which I designed and produced with SMEs from Academic Affairs. This project combines re-useable Adobe Captivate content from the University’s help system, combines portions with our organization’s localized information to create a tailored learning module. My personal contribution was visual design, Captivate production, background music research and detailed post-production.

BLENDED DELIVERY
Compelling executive communications through digital storytelling, through the medium of podcasts is an annual training piece I developed and deliver as the trainer. This training prepares students for use of podcasting as a part of corporate communication in the field of health-care. The unique design of this delivery is that it is delivered part in-classroom and part-online through pre-recorded materials:
Part 1: Classroom Training: Basics of Digital Audio Storytelling
Part 2: Classroom Training: Advanced Production Techniques
JOB AIDES for Performance Support
Faculty and staff often need performance support, for which I provide just-in-time support using screen-videos. My approach to design of screencasts includes addition of necessary visual elements like highlights, annotations and essential text in the right place.

CLASSROOM TRAINING
In face-to-face training I like to create compelling learning experiences. Good visual design of presentation materials that works on all three parts of the brain are my priority. An example: I conduct train-the-trainer training for a wide range of audiences: staff, faculty and students. Here is a slide-deck for one such training.
